 Emergency On-site Support Service Credits
From time to time our technicians will be required to provide on-site visits. For example, you may want us to install new devices on your network, or, in the event of hardware failure, to replace defective components.
On-site time is administered via credits. One credit is equivalent to 15 minutes. Credits are sold in blocks and can be purchased via our Customer Portal. Customers must have credits available prior to any on-site visits.

 Temporary replacement system in emergency
This is a continuation of our CyanBU/DR service and in the event of an emergency (i.e. server failure) we will provide a temporary replacement system, and, using the most current disk image created with CyanBU/DR, restore your network to complete working order.
As soon as a new system arrives, we transfer the image onto the new hardware whilst you continue working, minimising downtime.
